Who we are
Amplify Systems (Fresh House Network) operates Quan. Quan provides AI-assisted experiences, partner context, and optional prepaid wallet billing for usage. Legal entity for commercial terms is described in your order and statements; operational contact: support@quan.is. Billing and payment questions: billing@amplifysystems.io.
What we collect
- Account & identity: email and identifiers needed to sign in (e.g. Supabase auth), links to partner or contact records where applicable.
- Usage: prompts, tool calls, and telemetry needed to run Quan, meter usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability — processed under access controls and partner isolation (RLS) where configured.
- Payments: billing details are processed by Stripe; we receive Customer IDs, payment status, and transaction metadata — not full card numbers on our servers.
Why we use data
To provide the service, authenticate users, allocate usage to the correct wallet and partner,
settle prepaid balances, meet legal obligations, and protect security.
Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage where needed to keep you signed in (for example Supabase session cookies) and protect the service. Those are treated as essential for the operation of Quan. There is no marketing cookie banner on this app; optional analytics would be listed here before any non-essential scripts run.
If we add analytics or marketing scripts (e.g. measurement tags), we will list them here and, where required by law, ask for consent before they run. Other sites and apps in the Fresh House Network and Amplify Systems ecosystem (HighLevel-hosted pages, Quan Chat on chat.quan.is, partner funnels) may use additional cookies under their own notices. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; you may need to sign in again and re-save preferences.
Retention & security
We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. We use technical and organizational measures including database access controls; no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
Contact support@quan.is to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records must be kept for accounting or fraud prevention.
Partner communities
If you use Quan inside Telegram, Discord, Slack, or HighLevel community surfaces, additional community-specific disclosures may apply; the expanded policy lives in our documentation set as Quan Partner Community Integration — Privacy Policy (same effective date family).
